Afrika Art is now collaborating with Open The Gate to co-organise an ecclectic African Caribbean mix in their premises. The African market will take place every third Saturday of each month, always with new and exciting activities.
We always welcome entertainers and traders who would like to bring their little touch to the project and push things forward. The diversity of Africa and its diaspora is vast, so it is great to have the opportunity to bringing it under a same roof.
The African market will happen every third Saturday of each month at Open the Gate, The Black Culture Cafe. Every body is welcome and the entrance is free.
The last Afrika Art in the Africa Centre was on 05th December. The highlight of the day was the special art sale organised to raise money to fund a well in a remote village in Tchad
